If it's time to return your lease, you might be wondering about your next steps. What should you do first? Will you need an inspection? Are you even ready to say goodbye to your beloved Audi?

Here at Audi Wyoming Valley, we're here to answer all of your questions with our handy lease return checklist. If you're a driver near Dallas, Clarks Summit, or Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, we want to help you! Read on for what you need to know.

1. Consider Your Options

First off, you might be wondering if you're even ready for your lease return. When you've been driving and loving your Audi for a while, it's natural to grow attached to it. Luckily, if you decide that you don't want to give up your beloved on-road companion, you have the option to buy out the lease.

If that's the case, you can keep on cruising! However, if you decide that it's time for an upgrade, you can proceed to the next steps of the lease return process.

2. Find Your Mileage

When you lease with our finance center, part of the agreement outlines the mileage limit, so you should check your odometer. If you're within the allotted mileage limit, you're good to proceed!

However, maybe you've taken a few cross-country treks in the supreme luxury and comfort of your Audi. If you've exceeded your mileage limit, you will probably have to pay a fee. In this case, you might want to consider buying out your lease. If you do so, the fee won't apply, and you can continue journeying across the green valleys or shining coastlines.

One thing you may not realize is that when you lease from us, you can customize your agreement based on your driving habits. Though a standard lease deal allows around 12,000 miles a year, you may add or remove miles based on your preferences. Speak to a team member about customizing your lease plan before you sign!

3. Time for an Inspection

Next, you'll return your lease to our dealership for an inspection. Our team of experts will examine for any signs of significant wear and tear. If there are dents, scratches, or other substantial damage to the interior or exterior, you'll have to bear the cost of the repairs.

As long as you keep your leased Audi in proper condition, your inspection should go smoothly. Afterward, you'll receive an extensive report that indicates all of the findings. If you decide to buy out your lease after all, this inspection is not necessary-you can drive off ready to enjoy life's next journey.

4. Fall in Love with Your Next Ride

Now it's time to return your Audi, but that doesn't mean your driving fun has to end. At our dealership, you can browse our inventory for your next dream ride. Enjoy optimal adventures for more years to come!

Supreme luxury is achievable with our selection and finance center. The ultimate driving experience is just around the corner when you find your next lease deal with us. Of course, if you're ready to commit to owning an Audi, you can purchase this impeccable driving machine from us too. The choice is yours!
